- Why and how did we choose this activity?
It was very easy for us to choose this activity because we thought that it's the easiest one to do. We also thought that most of the other classmates are doing exercises with high intensity, so we decided to do something calmly that can help to all of us to relax our bodies and our minds (specially to concentrate on our respiratory system). - Did we modify something? Fortunately, when we did the lesson in front of the class, it went well. We did all of the exercises that we prepared previously. - How did I feel being a teacher? First of all, it was a great experience for me although it was not my first time being a teacher. It was stressful and nervous but fun at the same time. I loved how my other classmates participated with us to make our session more dynamic and unique. |
- What did I learned from this activity?
Sincerely I learned a lot. I learned some techniques about Pilates, how to control my patience and most of all, I learned that sometimes, the smallest things, like working out, can make our day a whole lot better. Working in pairs or groups also thought me that together we can achieve wonderful things. And finally, I learned that a dream doesn't become a reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination and hard work. |

- With who did you do acrosport?
On my team, there was: Merhea Domingo, Paula Osorio, Sara Rodriguez and Laura Tanta. - How's your experience? It was great! I improved my flexibility and also resistance. But, honestly, this is not my first time doing this activity. I did acrosport when I was in elementary so it's not something new for me. |
